Why is something so true so difficult to do? You may hear some people say "Let go and let God" but do they really do it? I know I've often thought, "well, I'll just give it to God" or "I'm not going to worry about it, God's in control" and then had sleepless nights worrying over something or wondering how I could "fix" the problem, etc.
It's only when I truly just sit down and say "Ok God, you're going to have to get me through this" or "your going to have to handle it, I can't do it without you" - AND MEAN IT - AND LISTEN, that I truly get peace and HE really does handle things!

Wow. This is powerful. I really needed this reminder. Things just seem to spiral out of my control. It's frustrating, to say the least, but maybe that's my BIG reminder to "let go and let God" too.
